As part of the event proceedings, we have looked at the finalists that we have got and have decided to add two of the ladies who were on stanby into the finals event due to take place later in the year. This poses the question of which region they will be assigned to but with Ghana having great vibrant cities, these ladies will have enough to talk about even when they end up sharing a region. As for the NGOs… there are more than enough to pick from.

After a thorough examination from the Preliminary Judges and a character analysis from the Main Judges we are pleased to announce that the finalist for Miss West Africa Ghana 2011 are: Emelia Amandi, Ernestina Yeboah, Felicia Gyapong, Grace Asare, Ida Seidu, Jennifer Annan, Joy Adjeman, Mary Adomako, Pearl Impraim and Sirina Mohammed. On the Preliminary panel we had Modelling Agency CEO: Selassie Banini; Fashion Designer, Grooming and Pageant Expert: Felix Anaman; Freelance Showbiz Journalist and Internet Publicist: Ameyaw Debrah and International Fashion Designer: Aya Morrison. On the Main Judges panel we had Events Organiser and CEO of Wekumei Enterprise Ltd: Ruth Amarquaye; Senior Producer at BBC Radio
