Miss West Africa Ghana Auditions! Looking for the Most Beautiful!

  • MWA GHANA 2012Miss West Africa Ghana is well on the way and set for the 25th August 2012. This is going to be Ghana’s and possibly Africa’s first outdoor day time pageant, taking place at the luxurious Next Door Beach Resort. Get ready to experience an event like no other, with fun, beauty, comedy, music, sea breeze and most importantly Ghanaian culture.But first and foremost, we are on the search to discover some of the prettiest faces made in Ghana. We are looking for all Ghanaian ladies of quality smiles, beauty and elegance.
  • AUDITIONS
    There will be to auditions, the first will be the Accra Auditions at the Next Door Beach Resort on 20th May 2012, from 1pm – 5pm in Accra, Labadi. The second will be at the Sajuna Beach Resort in Eastern Region, Akosombo on the 26th of May 2012. Girls must arrive in little to no make up and prepare to audition in Bikini. Please have your hair tied to the back if you are wearing a weave, wig or perm. Please ensure you have read our criteria below before applying.   • EXCURSION BY E-STYLE PRODUCTION
    All selected finalist will be treated to an excursion at the Sajuna Beach Resort courtesy of E-Style Productions, where they will enjoy boat rides, speed cruises, and lunch on E-Style production. This treatment is also opened to the wider public for GHC35, so do tell a friend or bring a friend. If you are not a finalist, you can still experience this luxury at on GHC35.
  • MODEL SCOUTS ON DECK
    Confidence Model Management ( www.confidencemodels.com) Ghana’s first international agency will also be on the look out for models. So please be at your best behaviour and good looks.
  • APPLICATION FEE
    The application fee is GHC20. You can fill it in on the day of your auditions or you can fill it in online on this website and simply arrive with GHC20 on the day. If you wish to apply online and not at the auditions, click here. Mind you, you will still need to be at the auditions. Alternative arrangements may only be made in special circumstances prior to the audition dates.
  • CRITERIA
    Contestants must be ready and willing to carry out charitable duties/ humanitarian workContestants must be able to attend all rehearsals to their best abilityContestants must be between 18 and 26Contestants must be between size 6 and 14Contestants must be no shorter than 5ft4Contestants must be Ghanian or have 50% or more of Ghanaian parentage

    Contestants must be able to travel, have a valid passport and no criminal convictions

    Poor behaviour on the part of a contestant will result in disqualification; code of conduct will be outlined in the registration contract

    Contestants must be confident with a winning spirit and attitude

    Contestants must not be married

    Contestants must have a minimum qualification of O-levels, SSCE or the equivalent.

    Contestants must have no visible tattoos

    Contestants applying online must email to info@misswestafricaghana.com, two images immediately after applying online

    The winner should be prepared to travel to any designated country for charitable work and shall remain under the management of Miss West Africa Ghana during the period of her reign

    Miss West Africa Ghana reserves the right to change the rules and regulations without prior notice.
